      Avantages

      The company is great at keeping a fast pace, the leadership portrays care though there seems to be some smaller problems with planning and coordination especially during COVID-19, but since these were unprecedented times, they did well trying to stay up to pace with the times. They are trying to establish themselves in newer systems for HR as well as ERP systems though they still have a long way to go, they are trying

      Inconvénients

      Struggling to establish procedures and stick to them. Lack of sufficient training Slightly too many more office positions in comparison to technicians No work/life balance

      Been here a while now and have had the opportunity to grow professionally, feel appreciated by management team, and don’t get the Sunday scaries!
