      Rooftop access in warm months for lunch, some coworkers are supportive, location of office, a paycheck

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaging from all management - extremely controlling at every level, no respect for employees but demand it in return, barely any talk and definitely no action, no support from upper management or HR - there is only 1 HR and they do not work for the employees, upper management thinks they own the employees and you are treated as such, management threatens employees to manipulate and get what they want, nepotism is happening here, employees are treated very poorly and rarely ever have voice, no safety or support towards covid, upper management is extremely judgmental and belittles employees, STAY AWAY

      The system is broken. Over the years, excessive restructuring has resulted in everyone being overworked and overwhelmed with processes, leading to a revolving door of employees. Some teams, overwhelmed, heavily rely on equally burdened teams. Others are favored, causing everyone to bend over backwards for them. Meanwhile, other teams have no choice but to cater to the privileged ones who lack knowledge and pride to take ownership of their work. The process exclusively caters to one department, neglecting the needs of others. If everyone must work together to achieve a common goal, departments should be treated fairly and fulfill their responsibilities. Every department and team works just as hard as others. If everyone did their jobs, there wouldn’t be animosity among peers.
