Inconvénients
Remote work can occasionally feel isolating, especially in a small company where most collaboration happens online. Because the company is around 30 people, certain roles (like mine) are clearly defined as individual contributor positions with limited scope for team expansion.
The company takes a stable, sustainable approach to growth, great for those who value consistency, but it may feel slower-paced for people seeking a “rocket ship” environment.
