      Basically none. I made some good friends at here though.

      Very very outdated tech stack, micromanagement small impacts for some teams. Career suicide. low package

      Quiet office environment, low stress - for a former teacher, this can be a dream if you thrive in complete peace and quiet Supportive supervisor

      Inconvénients

      Too quiet of an environment for me - comparable to working in a library, need to be out and about some Working in office 4 days a week
