Unstable, No Growth Opportunities - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) IXL Learning

This is not a stable job. IXL is a growing company of a pretty good size that can't make up its mind whether it wants to operate like a large, heartless corporation or a small micromanaging startup. The CEO is too involved and a very poor decision maker. I left because there was absolutely zero room for growth in my position and I'm glad I did. They hire people only to turn around and decide that's not the direction they want to go in and lay off dozens of people at a time.
