      Avantages

      Flat hierarchy, direct exposure with clients (top names of the industry), full responsibility. Good for a 1 to 2 year stint.

      Inconvénients

      Its a 1-man show, no continuous learning, pay is below-average with no formal annual review system. No wonder the employee retention rate is very low

      No knowledge sharing, career progression plan. Long term strategy is missing.
