From interview to joining and everyday since, the people at this company have been so inviting, welcoming and hard working, The interview process was clear and fair throughout, with timely feedback and supportive invites/timeframes. The induction was well formed, and clear. In the first couple of weeks, it allowed me to meet key people that will be pivotal to making my role a success, plus time with senior leaders for intros which rarely happens. Within the role itself, my manager trusts me to build plans and strategy, without the need for micromanagement. Proving the interview process works in terms of understanding the person they are hiring and how we will/ do work together. There is a clear supportive and hard working culture at the company, without it having to be constantly talked about, leaders lead by example and teams follow. In just 2.5 months here, I feel at home, a place where I am the same person inside work and out and my skills are finally recognised and I able to flourish.
Inconvénients
Nothing so far, and I can't pick up on anything from the company either. The people team keep everyone informed and respond very quickly to questions raised,
