Avantages
IDEA cellular is a part of Aditya Birla Group (ABG) - So it is a very employee friendly company. Strong HR policies, Good Salary Structure as per Industry standards, Training and Support given to the employees is really good, etc.
Inconvénients
One of the things I felt, which is lacking is the Infrastructure. Part from HQ, other zonal offices needs better facilities and more space for employees. Well most of the Cons could be because of the kind of work/job you are in. I was in sales profile and it could be a nightmare in telecom sales, but still IDEA as a company is way better than some of it's competitors in terms of work culture. Poor work-life balance. It was really hard to find time for my family. I would say if you are Ok with telecom sales, It could be a good place for u.
