We are concerned you feel you are unable to take a break from work, we value our employees' wellbeing and want our employees to take breaks from work as and when needed. If this is something you feel you are unable to do, please speak to your Line Manager or HR Business Partner. In regards to our promotion process, promotions arise in three ways: one, as you mentioned, due to the role being advertised, another when the org has a need for a new role, and finally to reward talent and achievement. In response to your feedback on salaries, we take care to ensure our salary review progress follows two key principles: parity and performance. Ensuring our salaries are competitive in the market and that Hyperoptic recognises and rewards performance.
