Great company with great products. Pay is inline with industry and very flexible .

Travel could be cut a bit.

I would advise never to work for this company. Unless you work in sales you aren’t important or valued. I was in a meeting with David Ingmire, HR and the whole of the Customer Care department when a question was asked to him directly, stating when they would pay us wages that met the cost of living. His response, they wouldn’t. One because they had performed market research and were of the belief that we were getting wages that were very similar to other industries. Two, since we worked from home (this was during my time there) we didn’t need to pay for gas to go into the office nor did we need to buy new office clothes to go into the office. He assured us that those reasons were enough to not pay us more. I can guarantee now that the pay I was receiving during my time at Humanscale was very much below other industries for the same job title.
