      Upper management gives to many chances to other supervisors who are not capable to do their job.

      None, they pretend to hire but never call back.

      Inconvénients

      Never called back, took all my paperwork, post did not align actual job, did not offer anything decent or sufficient for survival, did not care much about the human aspect, false hiring process.
