      Avantages

      Unionized workplace provides relative stability.

      Inconvénients

      Employees leave in droves - especially from Commuity Support Programs (ARMHS Workers and Case Managers). Therapists only stay a few years on average - mainly because HDC is approved from some student loan forgiveness program that wipes away therapists debt after a couple of years.

      Avantages

      HDC is a great place to work. The productivity requirements are much lower than other area providers. There is a fair amount of paperwork, but that come with the terrority of human services.

      Good coworkers, flexible hours and remote working.

      Lower base pay and no real supplemental benefits.
