Medical and dental benefits are good. Vision insurance could be better.
Inconvénients
Customer service is at the bottom of the totem pole. Top heavy management that is not diverse. Yearly raises for CS are 0 to 3%. Will not consider changing policies. Very old fashioned in policies and procedures.
