      Inconvénients

      Management could not align on multiple project strategies and goals, communication processes were unclear, need HR presence onsite (rather than at corporate office), high turnover rate, undefined role responsibilities with increasing workload, corporate should invest in training opportunities.

      Avantages

      Challenging work and environment. You will hit the ground running with very task. There will always be work. Have to be a person that loves to get there feet wet and more

      Inconvénients

      Cant really say much about cons. It is really fast pace. If you are not use to working like a mechanical robot then find work elsewhere.
