      We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Smaller markets can be challenging, but our extensive sales training program provides strategies to navigate customer sales effectively. We're glad you enjoyed the freedom and flexibility of working autonomously as a Territory Sales Representative. Working independently does come with challenges when dealing directly with customers.       Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Inconvénients

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
