      Avantages

      Bonuses were good. The work consistent. You got to find out some cool things about some shows and films.

      Inconvénients

      The work environment was toxic at the entertainment branch. And there was not a way to move up in the branch. Long hours at times. The Sales reps at the time that were "old timers" talk down to you and try shift blame onto you (even when you have emails and texts to back it up).

      Avantages

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Inconvénients

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Avantages

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Inconvénients

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
