      Avantages

      Easy access to immediate superiors, new company vehicle, phone and laptop. Freedom to work within generously sized territory. Office supports you as much as they are able.

      Inconvénients

      Disconnect between reps in the field and the folks in marketing and analytics. Product is generic so competition on price is the name of the game.

      Avantages

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Inconvénients

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Avantages

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Inconvénients

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
