The branch really cared about family time. If you needed to be away due to family or health issues there were very little questions asked. Hours and expectations were fair.

Understaffing issues. You had to wear many hats that weren't the 'hat" you were given.

Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!
Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
