Where do I even start? The trainers? They are just babysitters until you have system access and can not answer questions about the job or its expectations. They set up an agenda, make expectations to hopefully follow and then pass you off to a small team of managers.
When training really starts, it's called nesting. Nesting because at the end they will mimic the worst of bird parents and just shove you out of the nest and care not if you fly or crash and burn. They will lie, gaslight, and do anything but take ownership of the fact they can not fulfil one expectation or promise they make. Shadowing before you get on the floor? System walkthroughs that are consistent? All managers following the same notes, proto-calls, and metrics? No, you're lucky if you get to sit in a teams meeting for fours waiting on them sniff the thumb they have up their rear.
If you show any ounce of experience, they will push for you to be on the phones ASAP before you even feel ready. Offer no answers to questions aside from the same runaround expressed in other reviews.
Stay away.
