This company can't figure out the basics and is always changing what they offer, it reeks of desperation. The work environment is the exact opposite of the culture and values they love to talk about. Hawk Ridge grew too fast and borrowed money to buy other companies to sell in new states, solidworks opened territories to all vendors and now bond payments are due on purchases they didn't need to make. Their solution is to squeeze everything they can out of their employees.
