Obviously because this is anonymous we cannot address the underlying issues specifically related to this one employee. Many of the items mentioned are true. We appear to disagree on whether the things mentioned are really bad and worthy of a one star rating. Potential employees that have an attitude similar to this former employee should not apply for a job at Handi-Ramp. Here are our comments relating to the things mentioned in detail.
This employee is correct, we do care about our workers and make sure that we help with individual needs and issues as they arise.
If you demonstrate a skill, yes we will use that skill to help us grow and make the company better.
If you show that you have the capacity to do more work, yes we will ask you to do more.
We understand that everyone makes mistakes, it is a part of growing and learning. We do have a problem when someone makes the same mistake repeatedly or if someone doesn't use common sense.
There have been occasions, but we believe them to be rare, when there was a mistake made on a commission payment but these were always corrected immediately.
We have always paid everyone fully and promptly.
We prefer to promote from within and we do it often. There may have been a legitimate reason why this employee wasn't promoted.
