Avantages
I am a rebadged employee brought over from another company. Any pros I experience are from working with the original company and team. Pay has been the same, and work has been the same.
Inconvénients
Unclear benefits, including inconsistent and confusing leave policy (PTO seems to go unapproved until weeks or months after the fact); befuddling bonus payout structure; and seemingly no raises ever (so make sure your pay is at a level to sustain you for a few years until you can leave). Additionally, there is a feeling of micromanagement regarding hours. Reviews are a joke since all they know about you is that you bill a specific number of hours to the client. Intranet and systems are poor, clunky, and outdated. Constantly down or faulty.
