      Working with strong management team challenging customer where I've complete freedom to implement the innovative solutions to exceed the customer expectations.

      Inconvénients

      Annual salary increments are really less for the employee who stays longer and loyal to the company. Relationship with HCL is 8 yrs and Getting less package compare to market standards.
