      Avantages

      Work life balance, Transportation, Jigani campus. Good place for senior Managers. They offer good pay for lateral hires but again its depends on how you negotiate.

      Inconvénients

      Worst Appraisal and hike even if you perform well. an average of 3 - 6 % max hike per year. No onsite chances . HR are dumb, No cultural activities no fun at work.
