Avantages
I joined with lot of aspiration to grow but unfortunately not great env. for that. If you negotiate on salary while joining, then it would be good as some of the people they get industry competitive pay scale.
Inconvénients
There is no basic humanity or empathy for the so called 'senior leadership' team while handling their subordinates. It is interesting to note that less knowledgable/competitive people have been continuing as long timers in HCL. Only reason could be they worship the leaders. If you question or challenge their ideas, then you will be in their bad books and they look for an opportunity to victimize and move you out. It is unfortunate that I undergone that experience. Diversity is just for sake of outside world to show off. In reality, they don't care. It is a sad truth. Internal processes are inefficient.
