HR Managers do not know policies 99% of the time. Poor Appraisals. No clarity on who should be appraised and why. I should not say it but it hard truth and everyone knows it in the organization itself that People from Chennai and Bangalore are given preference over the North side. Onsite travels are also more in numbers for the same segment.
