Avantages
1. Campus is newly build and have all advanced facilities. 2. Transport facilities are reachable to almost all parts of city. 3. Company has well process for all activity eg. On-boarding, project allocation, remedy. 4. Some of projects are running for more than 10 Years. 5. Onsite opportunity depending upon roles.
Inconvénients
1. Company Hires for projects and leaves on bench. 2. Internal interview is like external interview in most of project, you will have to face 3 rounds of interview including client. 3. If unable to fetch project within 90 days of bench, HR may contact any time and inform for your last day. 4. Feel lucky if u get email response from HR or Workflow partner. 5. Hike is comparatively less than other company.
