      1. Work pressure; if averaged out over the year, is less. 2. Good company to settle down once after 10+ yr exp

      1. Noncompetent Management hierarchy. 2. They setup processes just for show-off, and never follow them. 3. Management insensitive to employees. 4. Work environment resembles a Govt. Office 5. Low salary. 6. Appraisal is a sham.
