      Avantages

      people are going to be the biggest reason to stay not the pay

      Inconvénients

      HCLTech does a terrible job of taking care of employees that have been with the company for any length of time. The running joke is that if you want to get paid more then quit and come back

      Pretty much everything. Poor management, poor communication, bad pay, No one respects you or your work in the company.
