      Avantages

      Flexi hours, total visibility, average facilities, lot of staffing oppurtunities, huge clientile, good sales team, industry standard compensation, work from home when needed, nice perdiems for onsite.

      Inconvénients

      Pressurise employees for transfers to other cities, very poor support service departments, low employee visibility, poor employee - supervisor relationships. Poor salaries for employees on work permits in other countries.

      Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
