Avantages
1) lot of internal mobility, only if you have good brownie points from manager, if you can "sir" the managers. 2) financial services have some good clients. So possiblity of good business exposure ( * conditions apply)
Inconvénients
1) pathetic compensation. No where near industry standard, so there is no motivation to work 2) very cost conscious. No tissues in the restroom to save cost 3) very bueracratic. Senior management work as government officials. 4) expect wonders from employees, new initiatives, value adds... but why would anybody want to do it for peanuts??
