1. Very few pros; Dont keep this organization even as your backup. 2. Only pros is it will not fire its Employee. 3. If you are a localite from Ngp then you can consider bit still keep this as your last option.
Inconvénients
1.No advance technologies to work on 2. They will asked you to work on outdated applications which is not being used by any other organization. 3. HRs are worst. Dont waste your time for Interview. They will not generate your offer even if you got a good positive response from a Technical Interviewer. If you are asking for a good package they will keep your profile on hold and proceed the offer for some candidate who is agreed to get a salary hike less than the market standard And eventually cancel your position. 4. HR Team is pathetic. I will request you not to join this organization
