      Business is growing faster than peers - lots of future opportunities Flexible work hours- no strict policy Good learning and training opportunities at all levels Lots of processes and policies to handle different aspects of work life

      Inconvénients

      Below par salaries and meager annual increments Not a very good record in Application Development projects - high failure rate Promotion policy is not equitable - rapid growth of select people, compared to slow growth of most. Offices are not centrally located in cities, leading to high commuting time Processes are not always followed in true spirit Expected to be available on the phone even when on a pre-planned vacation

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      Inconvénients

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
