      -Minimum bench time. -Very fast allocation of project. -Approachable authorities. -Considering your choice during assigning a project, even to a fresher.

      Inconvénients

      -Working hour is half an hour more than any other IT company. -Salary package is lower than market standard. -No flexible work timing. -Promotion is hard to come by.
