      Avantages

      Got the opportunity to work in new area, which I didn't have much exposure to and with staff who were old timers in the organization

      Inconvénients

      Salary is definitely not in par with market. Too many acronyms and takes a while to get used to. Didn't experience empowerment nor there was recognition for contributions

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
