Avantages

Fast-paced & aggressive sales culture. Great emphasis on learning. Very customer oriented and savvy customer-facing service delivery personnel. Fast paced growth for performers.

Inconvénients

Very political to the point of being unethical and unfair. You need to be culturally aligned to the "majoritarian" demographic that populates the sales and customer facing function. Diversity is mere tokenism here, both at leadership positions outside India, as well as the organizational functions at India locations.

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

Inconvénients

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
