very bad work culture where skill and capability is at the bottom of the must have for an employee. How well you butter your boss and bosse's boss is what matters. Every thing is highly political in HCL and even the coffee and tea tastes highly of petty internal politics. For lateral and experienced workers the place can be a mess if you land with a snobby and political boss where you see less deserving people being awarded while deserving ones being side lined.
