      I have worked in Hcl for 3 yrs, encouraging managers , good team to work with , job security, very good infrastructure, great insurance facilities and benfits,good Onsite opportunities,talent recognization.

      Rotational shifts sucks for production support engineer, poor hikes.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
