      * Workwise is good * Shift cabs are available based on project requirement.

      Inconvénients

      * Salary hikes are not up to the mark. * Onshore Opportunities depends on Projects and Managers, which is not based on your work. [through my experiences] * More Politics are involved and it is tough to get onsite, only the same employees are rotated again and again for different sub-projects. due to which getting exposure with Onsite customers is tough [ depends on Project and Managers]

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
