      Avantages

      Good for freshers. You get salary on time. Full time employees get basic benefits also like insurance, 401K etc. PTO policy is OK.

      Inconvénients

      No growth for employees. Management doesn’t seem approachable. Management and administration are always tardy in replying or don’t reply at all.
