      Avantages

      You not only get to come up with different ideas and solutions, you also get to execute them Inverted pyramid and you have the option to provide feedback to people who manage you, peers and even people in support functions Engineers have the authority to decide on the design and solutions

      Inconvénients

      Consistency in the employee delight is yet to be achieved in all accounts. The immediate manager still has a lot of influence on the team's daily work life and not all managers are tuned to the inverted pyramid philosophy yet

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      Inconvénients

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
