      Avantages

      Tons of work to do so you stay busy and there are some good people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Not impressed with their ideas of "technology". You're busy fixing things that are broken. System limitations, red tape, poor communication, narrow mindsets and general disappointment at all levels.
