      Good salary in Guadalajara, great building location and facilities, kind and interesting environment, good management overview, honest and outspoken environment

      Inconvénients

      The client always is right according to offshore (even when they are not), sometimes long hours without retribution, hard to change roles/areas when needed.

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
