      Avantages

      Work life balance can be maintained Not too strict about timings (however employees misuse this) Salary is OK (atleast for me!)

      Inconvénients

      Management and peers nowhere close to professional Employee un-friendly policies Too much bias at times (but I guess this is common everywhere)

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.
