1. Really good campus n cafeteria facilities ( I'm talking about Noida SEZ campus). 2. Free cab facility ( I'm taking about Noida SEZ campus)
Inconvénients
1. Really bad management . 2. There is no such policy which can help employee. 3. There is a dangerous policy named AMPB ( Advanced Monthly Performance Bonus). Whenever u join at the time of separation they will ask you to pay the amount for entire whole financial year. But in policy hub something different is written. If u ask HR to clarify the same then they will reply u that whichever is happening with u that is correct. 4. Managers are really very bad. If u ask ur manger to clarify something then either ur manager can ignore the same or ask u to find the correct path n reply to ur manager. 5. U can grow only if u do buttering to ur higher management. 6. HR people r too busy in this organization that they don't have time to reply ur queries either in mail or verbal communication.
