Avantages
The training is great. The support base is fairly good to above average, it is a nice social environment, and their recommendation could be helpful on a resume.
Inconvénients
Low pay, no room for advancement, poor management, no benefits. The company dictates to you throughout the year as if they own you. They tell you it is your own businesss yet they do not allow you to function as if it is. The management does not seem to value help today as they did a few years ago. I see a steady decline in human relations. It is sad because it was a really great place to work. Now it is a dread and the power is in the wrong hands. From some things that I have recently seen, I actually fear going to work and I wonder if my day will end up in some type of undesireable confrontation.
