This job is perfect for military spouses, retired people looking for extra income, stay at home parents wanting to earn some money and get out of the house, or those that have full-time employment but want a 2nd job for 15-16 weeks a year.
Inconvénients
Tax Professional pay structure needs to change, not competitive enough for what is asked of the employees. Work is seasonal, being full-time plus from January-April and a possibility of part time work the rest of the year. They make everyone take 8 weeks off so they can keep you seasonal and don't have to offer the same type of benefits they do with permanent full-time employees. You would not want this job if you needed year round/full-time work with benefits.
