      - Plenty of opportunities to manage accounts - Young employees keep the environment interesting - Can move up if you are good at cold-calling and sales

      Inconvénients

      - Micromanagement, starting with the CEO and trickling down to all levels - No development of technical skills, unless you're on the biz dev side or survey team - Pay structure for entry- and junior-level employees is horrible
