Avantages
- Family feel to the office. Everyone is nice, lovely and you really can make friends there . This is likely why the turnover is low despite the dull work and poor career prospects. - Not very stressful
Inconvénients
- You learn everything there is to learn within the first month or two and it's just the same thing everyday after that. It gets boring. - Not much growth in terms of career prospects.
