      Amazing people, amazing product, growing rapidly but sustainably

      Inconvénients

      Fast-paced startup environment can require you to find your own answers to problems instead of relying on training. People are always willing to help, they’re just busy too! Also, the benefits are only ok. Not uncommon in a startup at this stage though.

      Avantages

      Benefits are great, the salary is also solid. It's remote-first, which I love, but there is still an office you can go to if you want.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of growing pains, difficult software to support, but very good place to work overall
